Stephen Minister Workshop — Break Through Anger, Defensiveness and Resistance

Learn how to manage difficult emotions by understanding brain-body connections. Our bodies’ natural fight-or-flight instincts remain alive and active today. Our speaker, Catherine Watkins, LCPC, will explore the relationship between survival instincts and rational thinking, as well as provide new coping skills.
