FLEXIBLE OFFICE VOLUNTEER
The Flex. Office Volunteer will welcome individuals to the Cancer Wellness Center, answer the phones, register individuals for various programs, make individual wellness appointments, confirm attendance at various programs, confirm individual wellness appointments, maintain a supply of assigned items throughout the building, maintain general cleanliness and order in support rooms and common areas, ensure that Acknowledgement Letters for donations are mailed daily and miscellaneous special projects as requested.
The Mailing Volunteer will assemble miscellaneous mailings of various sizes by stuffing, sealing, labeling and stamping provided envelopes.
The Cancer Wellness Center JUST opened a NEW LOCATION in Waukegan, IL and we are looking for a Volunteer to: WELCOME individuals to that Center location, ANSWER PHONES, REGISTER Individuals for various programs, MAKE INDIVIDUAL WELLNESS APPOINTMENTS, CONFIRM ATTENDANCE at various programs, DISTRIBUTE and COLLECT Participant Forms, EXPLAIN and COLLECT Program Sign In Sheets, MAINTAIN GENERAL CLEANLINESS AND ORDER throughout the building. PLEASE NOTE: TRAINING IN NORTHBROOK. Once trained, you will be volunteering at the Waukegan location.
VOLUNTEER FEATURED PROGRAM MODERATOR
The Volunteer Featured Program Moderator will welcome, orient and introduce the Volunteer Featured Program Speaker/Presenter, facilitate Featured Program use for Cancer Wellness Center participants, speak knowledgably about the Center's programs and opportunities and work with the Center's Staff to conclude Featured Programs and close the building.
