Historic Wagner Farm: General Volunteers

About this Opportunity

Opportunities to volunteer generally come in two types:  projects and regular positions.  Volunteer projects vary in scope and duration, and come in all shapes and sizes!  Once you are a volunteer, you will see them pop up in The Wagner Farm Tales weekly newsletter and occasionally get invitations to participate, emailed directly to you, based on your skill set and interests.  Volunteer regular positions run April through October.  There are a variety of opportunities available, including greeter, livestock interpreter, garden interpreter, historic house docent, farm chores assistant, special events, the farmers’ market and more!  Time commitment varies from just once, to once a week, depending on the position and the volunteer’s availability.

About Historic Wagner Farm

Our goal is to teach people how food gets from the farm to the table. We tend our crops, raise livestock, provide educational experiences and sell our wares at our Farmer’s Market.
