Every year for the past 95 years, ReVive Center for Housing and Healing, has organized the Christmas Basket program, where families in need are matched with donors to provide them with some Christmas cheer. From November 28th to December 10th, between the hours of 9am-3pm, we are seeking between 6-12 volunteers to help with the distribution of gifts from our office on the near west side. Volunteers will help check recipients in, organize packages of gifts, and give them to each family. It is a fast paced, rewarding experience! Lunch and Santa hats provided! Our address is 1668 W. Ogden, Chicago, IL, 60612.

There are 3 ways to make a difference by supporting the New Trier Township “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” Christmas program.

Caring Neighbors
Sponsor a neighbor in need in the Township by purchasing gifts off of their wish list.

Food Gift Cards
Purchase Food Gift Cards for senior citizens living on low and fixed income in the Township.

Organize a Food Drive for the NTT Food Pantry
This is a fun project for your friends, family, school or community group.  Help the Food Pantry stock up at a time of year when the need is greater than usual, because children are home from school, and their regular donor base is on vacation.
